Welcome to Raleigh’s Bartending School. By accessing our website at bartendermarketing.com or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Enrollment & Payment
- All course purchases are made through our website and processed securely via Stripe.
- Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment.
- Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
2. Course Programs
We offer three enrollment options:
- Online Bartending Certification — Self-paced online course with national certification
- Certified Bartender (40-Hour Course) — Hybrid program with online lectures and hands-on practice sessions
- Ultimate Professional Course — Comprehensive program including everything in the Certified Bartender course plus unlimited practice sessions, refresher courses, and priority job placement
3. Refund Policy
- Online Certification: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no course modules have been completed.
- In-Person / Hybrid Courses: A full refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) is available if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. No refunds are issued after the course begins.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our team.
4. Certification
- Upon successful completion of your program, you will receive a nationally recognized bartending certification.
- Certification requires completion of all required coursework, assessments, and (where applicable) hands-on practice hours.
- Raleigh’s Bartending School reserves the right to withhold certification if program requirements are not met.
5. Job Placement Assistance
We provide 100% job placement assistance to all graduates. This means we actively connect you with hiring establishments in your area. While we cannot guarantee specific employment, our placement rate reflects 30+ years of industry relationships.
6. Scheduling & Attendance
- In-person practice sessions are scheduled based on availability. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your work or school schedule.
- Missed sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost (subject to availability).
- Students who are inactive for more than 6 months may need to re-enroll.
7. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to:
- Behave professionally during all in-person sessions
- Arrive sober and prepared for hands-on training
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
- Follow all safety guidelines during practical training
Raleigh’s Bartending School reserves the right to dismiss any student who violates these standards without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, recipes, and content provided through our programs are the property of Raleigh’s Bartending School. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Raleigh’s Bartending School is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your course.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
